Future Place Projects is the acting Development Manager for the 2-10 Valentine Avenue State Significant Development. 


The site is currently occupied by a multi-storey commercial office building, and multi-storey car park, occupying a prominent location within the Parramatta CBD, adjacent to the Parramatta Railway Station and bus interchange.


The Project consists of:

  • over 700 high quality build-to-rent apartments (studios, one, two and three bedrooms) and associated communal areas 
  • retail and lobby floorspace in the lower levels
  • up to 4 levels of basement parking (also replacing the existing car parking for 10 Valentine)


The Project will also be predicated on provisioning for the future development of the northern extent of the site (Stage 2), at the location of the existing building.
