Beau Bartlett
Director, Development
Beau is an accomplished Development Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering complex projects across the residential, mixed-use, retail, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. Known for a strategic and design-led approach, he has played key leadership roles in the successful delivery of major developments, setting new benchmarks for innovation and design excellence.
Throughout his career, Beau has consistently driven outcomes that balance commercial performance with high-quality urban outcomes. He brings strong capability in navigating complex planning processes, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
Beau has also contributed to industry leadership as a member of the Property Council of Australia, serving on the Residential Committee (2018–2022) and Planning Committee (2019–2020).
Accelerated housing for NSW
