Future Place Projects were the acting Development and Asset Manager for the redevelopment and divestment of 468 St Kilda Road. 


The redevelopment was progressed to a 'Pre-DA' level of design, prior to divestment. The development involved converting the existing commercial building to a premium apartment offering, whist adding an additional 2 storeys and extending the building envelop towards St Kilda Road.
