Future Place Projects were the acting Development and Asset Manager for the redevelopment and divestment of the site.


The redevelopment was progressed to a 'Pre-DA' level of design, prior to divestment. The development pathway involved maximising the allowable floorspace on the site by 2 times that of the existing commercial building,  to provide 112 co-living units and 104 apartments.
