Central Place Sydney is set to become the most transformative CBD development in over a decade—establishing a landmark, sustainable precinct at the heart of Sydney’s emerging Tech Central. This ~$3 billion mixed-use development will deliver approximately 133,000 sqm of premium workspace across two towers and a low-rise building, designed to foster innovation and attract leading global tech talent. Once complete, it will accommodate around 15,000 future workers and generate over 700 construction jobs, helping shape the future of Sydney’s innovation economy.
Future Place Project's Director, Beau Bartlett, acted as a lead development manager for the landmark project whilst employed by Dexus. Beau oversaw the design and planning associated with the project's rezoning, unsolicited proposal and development application.
